India-BCBGMaxAzria launches Mumbai store in Palladium Mall

The American women’s wear brand BCBGMAXAZRIA has announced the launch of its store in Mumbai at the Palladium Mall. Earlier this year, its first store in India had opened at the Emporio Mall, New Delhi. The brand’s name is the acronym of a Parisian slang, “bon chic, bon genre,” meaning, “good style, good attitude.” BCBGMAXAZRIA Group has entered India through a long-term license agreement with Reliance Brands Limited, a part of the Reliance Industries Group, to launch BCBGMAXAZRIA and BCBG Generation in India.

The BCBGMAXAZRIA’s new chic store’s interiors are about parquet floors, warm amber lighting, ivory walls to create the appropriate ambience for the brand’s Fall-Winter and Holiday 2015 collection of clothing. Expect to find a winter palette with colours, textures, embellishments, sequin and shine, along with feather appliqué and burnout lace on evening wear, dresses, crop tops and separates available between INR 6,000 and INR 80,000.The brand is popular with such celebrities as Alicia Keys, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Carrie Underwood, Angelina Jolie, Michelle Obama, to Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna, Anushka Sharma, Lara Dutta.
