gold-stoneTablez, the organised retail division of Lulu Group International, has today launched their flagship outlet of Cold Stone Creamery, the premium ice cream brand at Gurugram. This is the third outlet of the popular American ice cream brand in Delhi-NCR. The stand-alone Cold Stone Creamery outlet in Gurugram was inaugurated at DLF Cyber Hub on 17th September 2018.

The USP of the Cold Stone Creamery ice creams is that they are handcrafted in the outlet and are mixed on a frozen granite stone that is maintained at -9°C.There is a “Signature Creations” and “Create Your Own” concept where the ice cream is customised for each guest by combining a variety of mix-ins on a frozen granite stone. The ‘chop-chop-fold-fold’ process ensures quick and gentle mixing to prevent escape of air from the ice cream. The chosen flavour-scoops are put on the slab and the mix-ins – which can be of a variety of nuts, candies or fruits depending on the choice of the customer that is mixed with the ice cream to create a blended treat for everyone.

The store provides an entertainment director who will take the customer through the varied aspects of the store right from choosing from the menu, the flavour and suggest the mix-ins. Crew members at Cold Stone Creamery are trained in not just serving ice cream but break into songs, dance and sometimes juggling with a scoop of the ice cream. The store also offers signature ice cream cakes, shakes, smoothies and sorbets.
