India – Glamorous Sunday Style Brunch at Pullman’s Pluck & Pling

pullman-aerocityIn a unique endeavour, on 15th January, 2017, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity hosted a Sunday Style Brunch at Pluck, the modern day eatery and Pling, the vibrant lux-lounge, in association with Pearl Academy. Even as the patrons indulged in the delicious food over Champagne and wine, pretty models sashayed down past the tables.

Fashion

The exclusive High Street Fashion showcase was by Pearl alumni designers who presented a few of their latest Pret lines. Pallavi Chaudhary’s House of Shibori, Abhisri by Srishti Gandhi, Dhaari by Deepika Aggarwal, Anaam by Sumiran Kabir Sharma, ORCR by Shivani Chaudhary, Charkha by DishaMakkar were some of the labels that participated. The Sari designer Ankit Manglani’s Srjan, Kalpana labels and Ankit Singla’s Punjla line of Saris too were displayed. Swaroop by Swati Bhatia was a colourful traditional rendering.

Food

Pullman’s own garden of herbs is such a promise. The lavish spread includes a farm-to-table salad bar, a modern European, Asian and Indian buffet offering Baby Lamb Curry with Mint Dust & Kashmir Valley, Red Wine Braised Lamb Shanks with Mini Ratatouille and Garlic Jus, Seared Tiger Prawn with Leeks Compote and White Wine Sauce, Shrimp Tempura with Cured Mango & Tobanjan Aioli Sushi.    Hot Nibbles on Wheels feature Tandoor Fired Prawns with Ajwain Tadka, Curry Leaf and Mustard Paneer Tikka.

There’s an Antipasti Bar, Bread and cheese station, Arabic Mezze, Carving stations – Duck, Lamb and Chicken. To give the guests a sneak peek into the entire Pullman experience, menu from Tapastry (featuring hot and cold selections) by Pullman is featured with picks like Braised Pork Belly with Cabbage Puree, Pickled Radish & Spiced Jus, Gambas with Chilli and Garlic, Chorizo with Rocket and Parmesan, Fruit Terrine with Whipped Cream, Pomegranate Seeds, Arancini, Spicy Marinara. Not-to-be-missed are the decadent desserts selection. Another element that makes the Sunday brunch memorable is when the Chef walks the patron through their in-house farm.

Drinks

pullman-drinkPick a few tricks bartending tricks from the bartenders with a cocktail culture showcase at the brunch or sip on farm-to-sip Herb Artisan Cocktails. There’s free pour of champagne, draught beers, fashionable cocktails, Spirits and a selection of house wines. For teetotallers there are a bevy of beverages and Tea Deli by Pullman.

The best part of the entire experience, particularly for families with babies, toddlers, and energetic little monkeys is the kids’ zone, which is stocked with toys and fun games for your little ones supervised by kid-care professional.

Champagne Brunch – Rs 3750 per person++
Sparkling Brunch – Rs 3250 per person++
Food Lover’s Brunch (non-alcoholic) – Rs 2500 per person++
