The winter sunshine provides the right impetus to Delhi’s foodies to spend the days in the open. And the upcoming 5th edition of the Hindustan Times Palate Fest, which takes place from 14th-16th December 2018 at Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, is expected to see much action. Earlier this year, HT Palate Fest won the ‘Best Event in South Asia’ award at the prestigious INMA Global Awards (International News Media Association) held at Washington in 2018.
Some of the participating restaurants at the HT Palate Fest are Big Wong, Jom Jom Malay, Bombay Brasserie, The Great Kabab Factory, Orient Heritage, Punjab Grill, Wok to Walk, Olives of Spain, Kiara’s Soul Kitchen, Zambar, Taj, Fat Lulus, Baking Bad, House of Candy, Sattvik, Mexican Embassy, Al Yusuf, ITC Maurya, Vibe by Lalit Traveller, East 101, Waffle King, The Hillcart Tales, Namaste Asia, Koyla Kebabs among many others, offering multi cuisines. The event also has great music, with prominent artists bringing music genres from Indie, pop, Punjabi, Hip-Hop,
Sufi, Rock. On 14 December the multi-genre Hindi band Tarkash On 15 December, the Bollywood playback singer Tulsi Kumar, followed by popular DJ NYK playing non-stop Bollywood & EDM songs. The grand finale on 16 December, Sunday will open with the stunning swag queen Jasmine Sandlas followed by an electrifying act by India’s first and original popstar Daler Mehendi. DJ Sumit Sethi will conclude the grand festival for all the music lovers.
