The passage of time has not dimmed the memory of refinement and elegance of the erstwhile state of Awadh and its capital city of Lucknow, more so its cuisine. The ‘khansama’ and ‘bawarchi’ (chefs) who managed the kitchens of nobility centuries ago, were treasured for their secret recipes and specialties. Generations down, carrying forward the culinary traditions from father to son, the new age chefs are in demand. One such heir to the lineage of Lucknow-based ‘khansamas’, Chef Mohammed Nadeem Qureshi, will be showcasing his skills at CUR8, the all-day dining destination at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, from February 7 to February 16, 2025.
