As part of a year-long celebration of its 15th Anniversary, Indian Accent has been travelling across Asia. This includes a residency at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel and a Pop-Up in Tokyo, as well as one at Nadodi, the Michelin star selected restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. Shantanu Mehrotra, Executive Chef, Indian Accent New Delhi was at Nadodi Kuala Lumpur on 22nd & 23rd August and now Yavhin Siriwardhana, Executive Chef of Nadodi will come to New Delhi and together they will create a menu that takes guests on a delightful culinary adventure.

Lamb Legacy
This collaboration that brings Nadodi to Delhi for 2-day popup is on October 9th and 10th, and promises an extraordinary integration of South Indian, Sri Lankan, and inventive Indian flavours. The Soul Company brings together the culinary brilliance of Chef Shantanu Mehrotra from Indian Accent and Chef Yavhin Siriwardhana from Nadodi.
The interesting output of the collaboration where Indian Accent’s reputation for redefining Indian dining through its inventive menu and Nadodi’s commitment to preserving the authentic yet diverse flavours of the South Indian subcontinent, is set to elevate the culinary landscape even further. Guests can expect a harmonious blend of traditional Indian ingredients with contemporary flair, experiencing both Indian Accent’s innovative approach and the nomadic heritage through Nadodi’s unique culinary lens.

Chef Yavhin Siriwardhana, a second-generation Malaysian with Sri Lankan and Malayali roots, leads Nadodi’s kitchen with a deep passion for preserving the authentic tastes of his heritage while infusing them with innovative techniques. What to Expect – From the non-vegetarian tasting menu, highlights of Indian Accent include the duck shaami, crispy sevian, barberries; chicken roulade, home style curry, pickles and more. Meanwhile, the vegetarian menu boasts delights such as arbi galawat, crispy sevian, strawberry and green chili chutney; achari paneer, charred coriander curry, pickles.
Nadodi’s offerings include curry in a glass – jaffna crab curry, crab salad, spiced rice; lamb legacy – lamb neck, carrots, paal poriyal, lamb jus; banana blossom, carrots, paal poriyal and much more.
