The cafe’s wholesome menu caters to every dietary preference while ensuring balanced nutrition and mindful eating, with superfood combinations, including soulful herbal brews. The menu lists SuperFoods featuring the signature Seasonal Mushroom and Thyme soup at just 145 calories, Thar Quinoa salad, Small Plates like Himalayan Earth Bowl, bringing together bean tofu and organic beets on a bed of red rice kedgeree, desserts like the Bitter Chocolate Orange Pave, featuring a silky whipped ganache at a modest 192 calories. The beverage selection has, for instance, the 69-calorie ABCG press (apple, beetroot, carrot, ginger) and the 28-calorie De Toxify Me blend. Heartier options like the Green Apple Smoothie and Blueberry & Chia Seed Smoothie, along with traditional wellness drinks such as Turmeric Ashwagandha and Paradise of Kashmir, the prized Hardoor Estate Coorg coffees.
