3 mins read
Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has added a brand-new gastronomic venue, the all-day lobby restaurant Opus, to its existing dining venues, the rooftop bar AER, the Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian cuisine restaurant SAN:QI, the member-only Modernist. The Opus is designed and purposed to live up to its name, which in Latin translates to mean ‘work of art’. Expect interiors that are a blend of colonial European elegance with royal Indian grandeur.

The Opus offers new design forward spaces with sunlit interiors, open to diners round the clock. The expansive culinary offerings on the menu are European-led spanning continents. Do look out for the latest innovation in coffee vending, the Modbar. For the Tea aficionado, Opus stocks single estate teas from Darjeeling, besides the other varieties. The large collection of fine wines is perfectly stored at the right temperature in Eurocave.

The menu includes an assortment of offerings, from Smoked Portobello and Eggs Shakshouka to the Camembert Baguette and Calamarata Pasta Squid, an array of small plates and day-meals. For those with a penchant for late-night dining, midnight offerings at Opus ensure that gourmet meals are served in the wee hours of the night as well.

With its living room-style bar with live music and plush seating, Opus is designed to be a sanctuary of comfort for all, for both casual gatherings and formal meetings.
