The multi cuisine restaurant Ophelia at The Ashok, Chanakyapuri has started the winter season with hearty Sunday brunches. Set in the tony diplomatic zone of New Delhi, Ophelia is a multi-cuisine restaurant, specializing in European, Mediterranean, Italian, Pan-Asian specialties.

Sunday brunch can be expected to have Turkish kebabs, European grills, traditional Pan-Asian live stations, signature dishes like the Double Cheese Adana, Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops. For the diet conscious there is the Quinoa Avocado Salad, as well as Smoked Salmon Sushi, crisp salads, steamed fish et al.

Ophelia’s chefs have crafted an inclusive menu for those following a vegan lifestyle or prefer gluten-free dining, without compromising on flavor. For the plant-based diners there are dishes featuring tofu and edamame. The kitchen team takes pride in personalizing dishes to accommodate specific dietary needs.

This winter, Ophelia has collaborated with Minus 30, an artisanal gelato brand. A scoop of premium Minus 30 gelato, featuring flavors like Belgian Chocolate and Pistachio. For an additional charge, guests can customize their desserts with a range of vegan and sugar-free dipping sticks (Coconut, Strawberry, Mint Chocolate, Hazelnut) or indulge in Assorted Cups (Salted Caramel, Butterscotch, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, Oreo Cheesecake). This special collaboration will run throughout the winter, offering a delightful and interactive dessert experience every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
