The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore in celebrating Onam with a Sadhya feast. A much-celebrated annual harvest festival of Kerala, the Sadhya dishes embody the heart of Malabari cuisine, a blend of the local spices and flavors.

The popular Indian restaurant Riwaz at the Ritz has laid out a tradition feast, with an array of dishes such as Beans Mezhukupuratti, Cabbage Thoran, Pineapple Pulicherry, Cucumber Kitchadi and Onion Pachadi. Also, such beloved Kerala favorites like the savory Inji Puli, a tangy ginger and tamarind dish; Kottu Curry, a flavorful vegetable and lentil stew, paired perfectly with pappadam and the refreshing Moru Kachiyatha. There is a variety of rice alongside classic dishes such as Sambar, Rasam, Aviyal and Erissery, and a live appam counter. The concluding sweet notes feature Ada Pradhaman, Paal Payasam, and Paruppu Payasam, all rich in jaggery and nuts, etc.
