On all Sundays this month of March, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is offering a seafood brunch, A Symphony of the Seas’, at its all-day dining restaurant Opus. With Art Deco-inspired aesthetic and a living-room-style bar, guests at Opus can expect a two-piece band playing pop, jazz, and Western classics, along with the coastal cuisines of fresh seafood, Mediterranean indulgences, and European classics, paired with free-flowing fine wines, spirits, and champagne. Menu includes Dim Sum baskets, Meen Moilee, Roasted Chilean Seabass, a velvety Tisrya Masala and the Thai Crab Fried Rice. Deserts include Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée Angoori Rasmalai, and S’mores Cheesecake.
