The 39th Shang Palace in the world, located at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, celebrates the richness of Cantonese cuisine with a new menu.

Shangri-La Eros New Delhi reveals a refined new menu at its acclaimed restaurant, Shang Palace. With this eagerly anticipated menu launch, diners can explore authentic flavors from the Sichuan, Cantonese and Yunnan regions through a diverse range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties. From classic favorites to innovative creations, the new menu promises a culinary journey through a variety of food traditions, for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The expansive interiors and private dining spaces at Shang Palace restaurant complement the culinary experience.  There are vegetarian delights like the Baked Eggplant Puff and Sizzling Water Chestnut and Mushroom XO Dumpling, or seafood options like Fresh Prawn and King Scallop Dumpling with Caviar. Checkout the BBQ Kitchen’s Beijing Roast Duck with Caviar, the Cantonese BBQ Platterof succulent meats, the Honey Glazed BBQ Pork. Appetizer selection spans the smoky BBQ Chicken Skewersor Sauna Prawns, and for vegetarians there is the crispy Sichuan Asparagusand Spring Onion Pancake,the Wood Ear Mushroom Salad with Soy Garlic etc. There is wide variety of soups, like the classic Tomato Egg Drop Soupand Crossing the Bridge Yunnan Noodle Soup.

Shang Palace’s main course selection includes the Beggar’s Whole Chicken and Butter Garlic Whole Crab, served with Golden Fried Mantou, or sizzling Lobster Mapo Tofu. Vegetarian Mapo Bean Curd Sichuan-style, Yunnan-style Asian vegetables with Pickled Chilli Garlic Sauce, the Wok-fried French Beans with Black Bean Chilli Sauce and a varied selection of Rice and Noodles. The Dessert offerings are just as expansive.

For the curated dining experience, Shang Palace offers three set menus – Shang Royale, Shang Legacy, and Shang Trail.

Complete the experience through China’s tea heritage, orchestrated by Chinese tea sommelier Juliana Zhu. In addition to the extensive assortment of dishes, Mittal Teas, brings the essence of Chinese tea culture.
