The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi is all set to get the ball rolling in 2020 with themed Sunday Brunches offering a range of cuisines, fun themes and live performances with the idea of a Sunday indulgence. The fun that started last Sunday on 12th January is on until February 2nd 2020, where the all-day dining – Seasonal tastes is hosting a Sunday Brunch series inspired by the Kitchens of India, highlighting cuisines from the Northern plains right up until the coastal region, incorporating the seasonal harvest menus and traditional royal delicacies.
“2020 is all about taking our culinary game to another level. For the next four Sundays along with some great company of friends and family our guests will be able to enjoy various cuisines such as Maharashtrian, Konkani, South Indian and Rajasthani. The Sunday before Lohri, Pongal and Makar Sakranti we have an entire harvest feast planned that will not only keep you warm but will also boost your energy levels to get you through the cold winters” said Multi Property Executive Chef Anurudh Khanna.
The menu for each Sunday Brunch has been crafted keeping in mind how brunch is always such a fun experience as it mixes everyone’s favourite breakfast and lunch, sweet and savoury dishes to create the ultimate dining experience that sets us in the right mode for the week ahead.
Republic Day celebration on 26th Jan 2020 will reflect in tricolour themed Sunday Brunch which will encapsulate the integral love we all have for India and its diverse culture and food.
With spring setting in, the 2nd Feb Sunday Brunch is inspired by the royal feast hailing from the state of Rajasthan featuring the quintessential – Dal Baati Churma, Mirchi Bada, Bajraki Roti with Lehsun Chutney, Mathaniya Murgh, Laal Maas, Kalmi Vada, Ker Sangri, Moong Dal Halwa etc
Besides the traditional spread, the brunch with also feature Italian, Pan Asian, Continental and Mediterranean spread. An enchanting dessert spread with heavenly treats is also being worked upon to delight our guests across all ages.
