The Italian Meta Luxury brand Visionnaire has recently opened the doors of a glamourous Bistrot located at its Design Gallery in the upmarket Turati district of Milan, expanding the concept of the store from a point of sale to a place of well-being. Spearheaded by the renowned chef Fillipo Gozolli, the Bistrot is based on the subtle enhancement of exquisite local ingredients and the curiosity to experiment with new flavors and combinations, for a refined international clientele in search of unique experience inside an evocative destination poised between art and design. Delectable cuisine can be paired with exclusive champagnes, including a selection by the iconic French Champagne Label, Perrier Jouet. The Perrier Jouet lounge opens at Visionnaire, for the first time in Milan, dedicating an exclusive space to the most sophisticated champagne connoisseurs.

When the Italian Meta Luxury brand Visionnaire chose its Milan headquarters in 2008, inside the former Cinema Cavour, the company imagined a space of artistic experimentation. A place where people could gather and share the experience of beauty through interaction with exceptional creativity. This was the beginning of the Wunderkammer, an art gallery inside a design gallery, a location for artistic exhibitions that naturally extend into – or create a short circuit with – the brand’s design activities, establishing a fertile, generative connection.

 

 

 

 

 

As per Chef Fillipo Gozolli’s philosophy, the apex of taste is research, elegance, the sensual charm of flavors, the intertwining of memories. The adventure of the award-winning chef from Cremona began just   six    years ago, and has taken him around the world, from London to Manhattan. The cuisine of Filippo Gozzoli, in tune with that of the kitchen chef Luca La Peccerella, is a narrative that extends from the selection of the ingredients to the dish. As in a work of art, the compositions are the result of careful study of colors, of    astonishing interactions of forms and relationships of love  between foods.

 

 

 

 

From the choice of a prevalently plant-based lunch menu, though without overlooking several signature recipes – beef tartare, the fish broth tube, the beetroot club sandwich and the pappa al Pomodoro – the day progresses to aperitif specialties and a dinner that combines raw fish creations with exclusive champagnes, including a selection by the iconic French Champagne Label, Perrier Jouet. The cocktail list pays tribute to Visionnaire’s most beautiful projects around the world: from the Garden of Beauty presented at Miami Art Basel come the Pavone Sour; the Lego Tonic lands directly from the moon, the imaginary of inspiration of the designers Draga&Aurel for the Lego capsule collection.
