Spain – Madrid Fusion 2020 returns from 13-15 January, Six Senses offers special tours

madrid-fusionThe one celebration that food lovers look forward to is back with its 18th edition. The next Madrid Fusion 2020 will be held over three days from 13-15 January, 2020 at a new venue, pavilion14 of the IFEMA Convention Center. Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 will be the ultimate Mecca for gastronomy, where hundreds of cooks and leading chefs will congregate to share techniques and discuss new trends in avant-garde cuisines. The event this time is expected to draw even bigger crowds than last year, which is why it is relocated to a new larger venue.

As previously, the full programs will be offered in the main auditorium, which can accommodate 1000 attendees. The top chefs from across the world will conduct workshops to demonstrate the most cutting-edge techniques. The venue will be divided in five separate areas. In the exhibition space, the participating companies will display their new products and services. The Enofusión, area will offer wine tastings, as well as a display of latest wine-related gadgets. Top Wine Spain will present a selection of the best wines. The Tasting Spain area will create the reale-madridexperience of the various gastronomy destinations in Spain. Madrid International Pastry at the event will be a forum and benchmark for the worlds of bread, pâtisserie and chocolate. The Drinks Show will be back, offering an avant-garde liquid adventure for all the senses with talks, master classes and tastings given by the best bartenders and chefs on today’s local and international scenes.

Additionally, there will be competitions, auctions, and prize-giving ceremonies.The evolution of the congress, organised by Vocento’s Gastronomy Division, has gained popularity with a record 2,000 + attendees and 13,000 visitors, 122 speakers and 200 exhibitors.

For Madrid Fusion 2019 this year, twelve renowned chefs of India travelled to Madrid for five days. Chef Manjit Gill (Former Corporate Executive Chef – ITC) and Chef Sudhir Sibal (Former Vice President of ITDC) led the group. The tour was organized by Six Senses, a brand of Juberfam Mittal India Private Limited by Gala Ribacova and Virendra Mittal.

Those wanting to get an immersive experience of the upcoming Madrid Fusion 2020, Six Senses is offering a longer itinerary in 2020 adding San Sebastian and Barcelona to the main event city of Madrid. Already Six Senses has signed an agreement with Madrid Fusion to be held in India in the near future (2021 or 2022).
