Chef Neeraj Tyagi’s Indian culinary team has put together an exciting menu that follows strictly the dietary stipulations for the special Navratri delights. The buffet service being offered for lunch and dinner, will include favourites such as Shakarkandi Sabudanakitikki,Tandoor Fruit Chaat/Ananri Paneer Tikka, Karari Aloo Chat, Dal Chironji, Paneer Khoya Makhani, Dum aloo, Sitaphal Ki Subzi, Phaldhari Kofta, Ajwaini Arbi, Aloo Tamater Samak Rice, Mewa Samak Pulao amongst others. Also on offer are freshly cut fruits with dahi and kesarlassi. End the meal with desserts like Kiwi Badamki Phirni, Sabudana Keer, Lauki Ki kheer and Makahne Ki Kheer.
