Tiffany & Co. hosted a celebration at the reopening of its newly transformed flagship store on 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, now known as “The Landmark.” This is the first time since its launch in the year 1940 that the store has seen renovations of this scale.  It is probably the biggest store in Manhattan. The Guest list included the who’s who from practically everywhere that there is a Tiffany Store. The party, incidentally, was hosted at the brand’s previous temp flagship next door.  The renovations of the new flagship had at its helm, architect Peter Marino, and Shohei Shigematsu (of OMA New York).

Tiffany & Co’s Indian brand ambassador, actor Ranvir Singh arrived wearing a white suit by one of our favorite Indian designer Gaurav Gupta, and did full justice to the minimal Tiffany jewellery he flaunted. There was the Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger® Bird on a Rock brooches, the Solitaire Diamond Stud earrings in Platinum, the Tiffany HardWear Wrap Necklace and Link Necklace in Sterling Silver. Very cool Tiffany HardWear Link Sunglasses were more visible, unlike his Atlas® X Closed Wide Hinged Bangle in White Gold with Diamonds, and the three rings -True wide ring, T Narrow Ring and Narrow Diamond Ring in 18k White Gold. Mustn’t forget to mention the Atlas® X Closed Wide Hinged Bangle in White Gold with Diamonds

The magical entertainment that rocked the party had performers like DJ Mia Moretti, the Radio City Rockettes, American singer-songwriter Katy Perry and DJ Mark Ronson

“The reopening of the iconic Fifth Avenue Landmark is a major milestone for our House. Symbolic of a new era for Tiffany & Co., the Landmark is much more than a [jewellery] store — it is a cultural hub with an exquisite showcase of architecture and superior hospitality, as well as cutting-edge art and design. It sets a new bar for luxury retail on a global scale”, said Anthony Ledru, Tiffany & Co.’s President and CEO.
