Evoking the regal spirit of the Nawabs of Lucknow, Kangan at The Westin Mumbai Garden City is celebrating the Awadhi Cuisine specially curated by Chef Mohammad Danish. The culinary feast promises authentic delicacies across vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates, from the streets of Lucknow.
The 10-day festival creates all the flavors with a showcase of local spices and ingredients sourced from the old areas of Lucknow. On the menu are signature dishes like Shorba Purbahar, Chowk KePasande, Shahnajaf Road ki Seekh, Karamkalleka Gosht, Lucknowi Mutton Stew and decadent desserts including Sewianka Muzaffar, Daawat-e-kheer and Balaika Meetha.
