Travel to the heart of Turkey, as Hyatt Regency Delhi brings a limited-time, never-before Turkish Food Festival to Syrah from April 18th to 24th. This exclusive week-long celebration is curated by renowned guest Chef Yusuf Gülyiyen from Grand Hyatt Istanbul, who brings to the table a culinary experience crafted with authentic ingredients and traditional techniques passed down through generations.
On the menu? Sizzling kebabs fresh off the grill, vibrant cold mezze platters, aromatic rice dishes infused with spices, indulgent desserts like golden baklava and warm, syrup-soaked künefe, and refreshing Turkish beverages served with flair- a taste of Levant like no other.

Syrah’s menu for this festival includes soups such as Turkish Red Lentil and Yayla Çorbasi, array of cold and hot mezze selections—Hummus, Imam Bayildi, Muhammara, Köpoglu Mezzeh, Lentil Kofte, and more. Each mezze highlights traditional ingredients like strained yogurt, chickpeas, eggplant, beetroot, and olive oil. The mains are a medley of classics – Chicken Shish Kebab, Adana Kebab, Urfa Kebab, Lamb-based Çökertme and Ali Nazik, and a vegetarian Baked Beans Casserole. Not to miss Chef Yusuf’s finesse and signature culinary theatrics at live stations. Turkish sweets on the dessert menu include Baklava, Künefe, Rice Pudding, Semolina Halvah, and Flour Halvah. There are traditional Turkish beverages including Ayran and strong, fragrant Turkish tea.
