Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has named seasoned hospitality professional Rajat Bhatia as its new Commercial Director, strengthening its leadership team as the property enters a major phase of transformation.

Bringing over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, revenue management and commercial strategy, Bhatia will oversee all key commercial functions — including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Catering and Conference Services. His mandate includes driving market expansion, sharpening brand presence and delivering cohesive, data-led commercial performance.
Bhatia has previously held leadership roles with prominent global and Indian hospitality brands, known for building high-performing teams and delivering consistent top-line results.
