If your passport is resting and your wanderlust is not, Tamra has the perfect detour planned. With today being January 15, 2026, the final stretch of Shangri-La Eros New Delhi’s Malaysian culinary showcase is now underway, offering one last chance to experience the flavours, aromas, and soul of Malaysia without leaving the city.

Chef Rasyafiq Bin Sabri and Chef Muhammad Akashah Bin Shafie from Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

Till January 18, Tamra continues its transformation into a bustling Malaysian kitchen, led by Chef Rasyafiq Bin Sabri and Chef Muhammad Akashah Bin Shafie from Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. Their presence is not about performance, but precision. Every dish carries the discipline of luxury kitchens and the warmth of home-style Malaysian cooking, delivering authenticity with unmistakable confidence.

Malaysian cuisine is an exercise in elegant intensity. It is generous but never careless, bold but never chaotic. Pandan, lemongrass, and ginger perfume the air, coconut milk lends its velvet richness, chillies add calibrated fire, and belacan anchors everything with its deep, fermented complexity. Each flavour arrives in waves, unfolding slowly and lingering long after the meal ends.

The menu is a sensory map of Malaysia. Nasi Lemak anchors the table with coconut-scented rice and its iconic accompaniments. Laksa seduces with broths that are layered, aromatic, and deeply comforting. Flaky Roti Canai, smoky Satay with peanut sauce, spice-laden Nasi Kandar, and the high-heat drama of Char Kway Teow together paint a portrait of a cuisine shaped by migration, memory, and mastery.

The Malaysian showcase continues for the final days as a Lunch and Dinner buffet.
From January 16 to 18, 2026, the Lunch buffet is priced at INR 3,500 plus taxes per person, and the Dinner buffet at INR 3,800 plus taxes per person.
Sunday Brunch, starting at INR 4,200 plus taxes, turns the farewell weekend into a slow, indulgent celebration of flavour and culture.

This is the closing chapter of a culinary journey that Delhi will remember for its depth, authenticity, and unapologetic flavour. Miss it, and you will have to wait for Malaysia to return.

Because some journeys are too delicious to postpone, and this one ends on January 18.
