Shangri-La Eros New Delhi is hosting a dedicated Amritsar-themed culinary showcase at Tamra from 22 to 28 December 2025, presenting a focused exploration of Punjab’s established food traditions. The programme highlights Amritsar’s robust, slow-cooked cuisine, recognised for its depth of flavour and traditional techniques.

Amritsari Chhole

The showcase has been curated by Mr. Devendra Rawat and Chef Laxmi Kant, in collaboration with Guest Chef Gorav. The menu is rooted in regional practices and classic preparation methods, with an emphasis on authenticity and restrained execution suited to Tamra’s buffet format.

Key offerings include Chur-Chur Naan, Tawa Chicken Masala, Amritsari Mutton Rara Gosht, Pindi Chole, and the signature Chhole Bhature, alongside Amritsari Chole Kulcha and Malai Pyaz Soya Chaap. Live tawa counters add freshly prepared dishes to the spread.

The Amritsar culinary experience is available as part of Tamra’s lunch and dinner buffets.
