Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Chef Aditya Kulkarni as their Executive Chef. With an extensive background in luxury hospitality, Chef Aditya brings with him over 15 years of experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The appointment of Chef Aditya marks an exciting step forward for Four Seasons Mumbai, as the hotel further strengthens its focus on thoughtful, world-class cuisine and exceptional service. As Executive Chef, Aditya will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, overseeing its restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet experiences. He will play a key role in enhancing menus, mentoring the culinary team, and curating experiences that reflect both Mumbai’s local culinary heritage and the contemporary spirit of Four Seasons Mumbai.

A gold medallist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya has held leadership roles across their prestigious properties including the one in Mumbai, Rajvilas, and its resort in Sahl Hasheesh, Egypt. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at The Bay Club, where he was instrumental in shaping the club’s food and beverage offerings from concept to execution.
