India – FDCI announces 18th Hyundai India Couture Week 2025 at Press Meet

The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and Hyundai Motor India Ltd. unveiled the 18th edition of Hyundai India Couture Week 2025 in partnership with Reliance Brands at an exclusive press conference held at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The upcoming event that is powered by Hyundai for the third consecutive year, will take place from 23 – 30 July 2025 in New Delhi at the Taj Palace.

This marks the third consecutive year of Hyundai’s partnership as the title sponsor. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the Creta, with the new Creta EV set to be showcased at Hyundai India Couture Week 2025. The press conference witnessed the presence of fashion and corporate luminaries, including Sunil Sethi, Chairman of FDCI; Tarun Garg, COO & Whole-Time Director, Hyundai Motor India Ltd.; J.T. Park, Executive Director (Sales, Marketing & Service), HMI; and. Virat Khullar, Group Head Marketing, HMIL.

The event commenced with a lunch reception, followed by a formal welcome by the host. Sunil Sethi, Chairman, FDCI delivered the keynote address. He said, ““Hyundai India Couture Week continues to be the most awaited platform showcasing the mastery and evolution of Indian couture. We are proud to partner with Hyundai for the third consecutive year in presenting this celebration of design and innovation. I would also like to express my gratitude to the participating designers whose creativity, craftsmanship, and commitment elevate this platform year after year. I also extend my sincere thanks to Reliance Brands for their continued support in helping us bring this vision to life.”

Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited took the dais to share Hyundai’s perspective on the partnership and the brand’s vision for fashion and innovation. The highlight of the press meet was a peek into the collections that are to be presented at the ICW-2025. The models showcased one key ensemble from each couturier, coinciding with the announcement of the couturier. This striking visual moment.
