Martina Bonci, Bar Manager of Gucci Giardino
AER, the rooftop bar at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is hosting a one-night takeover on 14 November, bringing Gucci Giardino 25 — the celebrated Florence-based cocktail bar — to the city’s most recognisable rooftop. The collaboration is presented in partnership with Anggel’s Share, a leading Indian importer of premium wines and spirits, and features Sabatini Gin, the Tuscan label championed by Giardino 25.
Sabatini Gin, though distilled in the UK, is rooted in Tuscany, drawing its character from hand-picked botanicals grown on the Sabatini family estate in Cortona. The brand positions itself as a distilled expression of the region’s landscape and traditions.
The evening’s cocktail programme will be led by Martina Bonci, Bar Manager at Gucci Giardino Florence. Known for her precise, contemporary take on Italian mixology, Bonci will create a bespoke menu using Sabatini Gin, designed specifically for the Mumbai showcase.
Nitesh Gandhi, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, noted that the pop-up aligns with the hotel’s commitment to global, craft-driven experiences. “This represents the essence of what our culinary culture stands for — craft, creativity, and connection,” he said.

Vaishali Shah, Partner at Anggel’s Share LLP, described the showcase as an opportunity to “transport guests to Tuscany through every sip,” combining Mumbai’s energy with Italian sensibilities.
AER, recently named among the Great Bars of the World by Icons of Drinks, continues to build on its reputation for inventive cocktails and panoramic city views. The Florence-meets-Mumbai evening adds another chapter to its slate of high-profile collaborations.
