Gaurav Gupta has opened his first exclusive menswear flagship store at DLF Emporio, New Delhi, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s menswear business. Spanning approximately 2,300 sq. ft., the boutique establishes menswear as a core and permanent vertical within the house, providing a dedicated retail space for the Gaurav Gupta Man for the first time.
The flagship strengthens the brand’s position in India’s luxury retail market while addressing growing demand from both domestic and international menswear clients. It reflects a strategic shift in treating menswear as a fully developed design category rather than an extension of womenswear.
Designed by architect Karanbir Duggal in collaboration with Gaurav Gupta, the store departs from conventional retail layouts. Curved architectural forms, controlled sightlines, and layered spatial transitions define the interior, guiding movement through the space in a gradual and structured manner. The design is based on the concept of Shunya, where emptiness is approached as a functional design element that allows balance between openness and form.
Gaurav Gupta states that the space reflects his current approach to menswear, where architecture and clothing are developed in parallel. Duggal adds that Shunya informed the spatial composition, using restraint and clarity to create an immersive environment without visual density.
The Gaurav Gupta Man was introduced in 2017 at GQ Fashion Nights, with Shahid Kapoor as the showstopper. Since then, menswear has grown into an important segment for the brand, gaining international visibility through appearances by figures such as filmstars Ranveer Singh at Vantara and Jr NTR at the Oscars.

The flagship consolidates this growth by presenting the full scope of the brand’s menswear under one roof. Core offerings such as tuxedos, bandhgalas, and ceremonial tailoring remain central, alongside expanded categories including kurtas and Nehru jackets. The collection also includes structured jackets, draped silhouettes, shirts, accessories, bow ties, footwear, and finishing pieces.
Positioned as a comprehensive menswear destination, the store represents the brand’s complete design language across past developments and future directions, offering a permanent and focused platform for its menswear collections.
