The multi cuisine restaurant, Andrea’s has introduced a refreshed menu across its Khan Market, Vasant Kunj, and Saket locations, bringing together global flavours shaped by travel, personal memories, and seasonal dining preferences. The menu reflects influences from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on comforting preparations suited to the current weather—richer broths, slow-cooked proteins, and warming spices.

Key additions include Lamb Tortellini in Brodo, a traditional soup inspired by Founder Andrea Pauro’s childhood, featuring a delicate lamb-filled pasta in a robust broth. Colonial-style Lamb Cutlets reference Indo–British culinary heritage, while Nasi Goreng recalls Pauro’s early meals in Bali. Southeast Asian notes appear in Thai Garlic Pepper Chicken and Tom Yum Kung finished with coconut milk. The Rice Paper Rolls, inspired by dishes tasted at Le Dalat in Bangkok, return as a light, fresh starter..

A highlight of the menu is the Sea Bass Aqua Pazza, prepared with locally sourced sea bass. The Italian coastal classic is pan-seared and simmered in a broth of garlic, organic tomatoes, crushed chilli, white wine, and stock, finished with fresh parsley and olive oil, offering a clean, seasonal profile.

Seasonal produce, slow cooking, fresh herbs, and balanced seasoning form the backbone of the menu. It includes lighter preparations, vegetarian options, and thoughtfully portioned dishes, with flexibility for individual preferences and dietary requirements, without compromising on flavour.

Developed under the direct guidance of Founder Andrea Pauro and the restaurant’s culinary leadership team, the menu translates travel experiences, family memories, and emotional food associations into contemporary plates. The emphasis remains on authenticity and consistency of flavour rather than reinvention.

Andrea’s continues its practice of refining recipes over time, adjusting them based on guest feedback and evolving dining trends. Each dish is positioned as part of an ongoing culinary narrative shaped by experience and seasonality.

The new menu is complemented by a curated beverage program. Cocktails include Mexican Staple, Love Potion, Tamarind Sour, and Clear Tomato Gimlet. The wine list features Le Grand Pinot Noir, Alta Vista Chardonnay, Warwick The First Lady Pinotage, Espania Red, and Château de Terrefort-Quancard Bordeaux Supérieur, offering balanced pairings for seafood, slow-simmered meats, and hearty preparations.

With this launch, Andrea’s reinforces its focus on globally inspired comfort food that is rooted in personal history, travel, and careful execution, available across all its Delhi outlets.
