For one night only, guests will have the opportunity to experience Lyaness’s “3.0 Cookbook” menu, a celebration of flavour and wildly creative ingredients, with cocktails such as Digital Fruit, Hitchhikers Negroni, Iron Fish House Punch, and Lyan King. Taking over the bar for the night are Luke and Lucy, two of Lyness’s leading talents who will bring their award-winning craft and creativity to Copitas.
