On September 4th, Le Gourmet and Le Café by L’Opéra hosted a private event at The Chanakya, New Delhi, to mark the official launch of Le Gourmet. The gathering brought together diplomats, influencers, media professionals, and prominent personalities for an evening focused on global culinary offerings.
The event featured a curated selection of international products, including Swiss chocolates from Le Chocolat Suisse, champagne and caviar pairings, premium seafood, Bacha Coffee, and artisanal breads. Guests were invited to explore the background and origin of each product, highlighting Le Gourmet’s focus on authenticity and quality.
Le Café presented a tasting menu featuring French-inspired canapés such as Beetroot & Goat Cheese Choux, Olive Tapenade Quiche, Sun-dried Tomato & Mascarpone Risotto, and Mediterranean Chicken & Olive Pizza. Desserts included the Apple Bubble and Dubai Kunafa Bonbon.
Live cello music and signature cocktails accompanied the experience. Attendees included Shivani Wazir Pasrich, Naseer Abdullah, Shekhar Gupta, and ambassadors from over 30 countries.
Kazem and Christine Samandari, founders of L’Opéra, officially welcomed guests. Kazem Samandari noted that only top-tier global products are offered at Le Gourmet.
Ritesh Kumar from DS Group emphasized the brand’s commitment to sourcing ingredients with strong stories and heritage. He said, “This soirée showcased our commitment to authenticity, artistry, and bringing global flavors together in ways that remain true to their heritage.”
