The event is curated in partnership with All Things Nice and focuses on contemporary mixology driven by technique, storytelling, and innovation.
ALICE Seoul is known for its concept-led approach to cocktails, drawing inspiration from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and translating narrative elements into structured, technically precise drinks. Under the direction of Head Bartender Eggsy Seong, the bar has built a reputation for combining creativity with modern methods and experimental ingredients.
