At the heart of this exclusive takeover are two dynamic talents from Rabbit Hole: Depp, the Group Beverage Manager, Watermelon Group and Bite, a passionate mixologist and Bartender at Rabbit Hole. With over a decade of experience, Depp is a celebrated name in the world of mixology—winner of the 2018 Thailand and Southeast Asia Bacardi Legacy competition and awarded for Thailand’s Best Menu Design in 2023. Hailing from northeastern Thailand, Bite’s journey is a story of passion and transformation. He brings a fresh perspective, creativity, and passion to every cocktail he creates.
