The Delhi based fashion designer Nitin Kartikeya recently launched his second store, ‘Kartikeya’, in Mumbai. The spacious 1000 sqft Kartikeya store occupies prime location in Horizon Building in Juhu.
The interiors sport a colonial ambience with antique furniture, a vintage stone fireplace, and the washed wallpaper adding to the luxurious old world charm. The colour scheme of black and ivory tones, as is also seen in his Delhi store in Hauz Khas Village, remains the same. The label wants to create a luxurious and comfortable shopping experience for their clients. The high point of the label is that it has adapted itself well to the current requirement of ready couture, while retaining the elan and elegance of haute couture and limited edition lines for special Indian brides.
