The latest to arrive is Ralph Lauren Home, a renowned name in the international luxury space for home furnishings, accessories, furniture, lighting, fabrics, and assorted knick knacks like candles and picture frames et al. The American designer Ralph Lauren has extended his design sensibilities into every sphere of living and lifestyle, since the launch in 1968, of his famous Ralph Polo line of apparel for Men and Women, going on to add fragrances, watches, bags, shoes, even restaurants.
For its Indian outing, Ralph Lauren Home has aligned with Seetu Kohli Home to present its entire range at Ambawata 1, in Meharauli, New Delhi. The 4,700 sqft space of the store was tastefully curated, with grand settings under assorted themes for furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, bars. We spottedretro button stud sofas, black leather, mahogany, ebony lacquer finish, chrome, animal prints, herringbone checks, pure soft wool, cottons, crystal light fittings. The winner was a wooden bar and wrought iron chandelier, tan leather sofas. Also on the shelves are fashion fabrics, bed and bath linen, cushions, rugs, carpets, wall coverings, candles, crockery, bar paraphernalia, playing cards, picture frames and some more.Without a doubt, the Ralph Lauren signature brings the promise of impeccable finish and quality, expected of a luxury brand.
The official launch on 22nd September was celebrated with the global brand president of Ralph Lauren Home, William Li, introducing the product range to the media, followed by a party hosted later. He assured that the range available at the Delhi store is the same as in their stores internationally. This was important to know, as many a luxury brands do not get the latest high-end range of wares seen in stores in Milan, Paris, New York. The lore of the growth story of Indian markets is reverberating in a yet recessionary scenario everywhere else. Good for us.
