Renowned couturier Rohit Bal will bring the curtains down on the five-day extravaganza India Couture Week 2018 by Hindustan Times along with Sunil Sethi Design Alliance, to be held from 25th -29th July.
In keeping with his tradition of hosting his shows at venues of his choice, for this event too, Bal’s Grand Finale show will be offsite.
“Couture has to be larger-than-life, it must have a narrative that mirrors the dreams of millions of women and men who desire a bridge between modernity and tradition. My
show will be a celebration of everything that the heritage and culture stands for — embroideries and romantic love for colour,” says Rohit Bal.
Sunil Sethi, President FDCI says, “A leading luminary in the world of fashion, Rohit has been one of the few designers who remained committed to crafts and never deviated from the brand’s fervent ideology of untamed elegance. We look forward to his creativity on the only offsite show of this event.”
