Trident Gurgaon’s award winning, all day dining restaurant Cilantro is celebrating the love of rice with a special Paella and Risotto Food Festival, from 19-27 March, 2021. The master chefs have curated a special menu that will highlight different versions of rice from the two different countries of Spain and Italy. Theauthentic dishes are prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The extensive menu has something for the vegetarians, along with chicken and crustacean versions too. -Paella Valencia with chicken, chorizo, and seafood
– Smoked Chicken and Edamame Paella
– 24 carat gold barley and super grain quinoa risotto

Paella is a Valencian word that means frying pan. Keeping it authentic, at Cilantro, Paella is served in the traditional shallow pan, which is also used for cooking it. Paella’s are served with Spanish Lemon, garlic aioli, crusty homemade bread and tossed salad.Be warned, the portions are ample!
Risotto, northern Italian rice dish is cooked with healthy and exotic ingredients like 24 carat gold barley, super grain quinoa, Sicilian pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
The crimson domed, award winning restaurant Cilantro at Trident Gurgaon is known for its Italian, Mediterranean, South-East Asian and Indian cuisine. It extends to the outdoor verandahs with elegant settings for the al fresco experience.
It is good to know that all seafood at Trident Gurgaon restaurants is flown-in same day. The tandoori dishes are available from 1230 hours until midnight. The chefs are quick to respond to requests about food allergies or intolerances, with specially prepared substitutes.
