The Italian restaurant Sorrento at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has refreshed its menu, bringing new zing. The magic of freshest of Burrata cheese, tomatoes in a salad and life is good. Chef Gagandeep has kept high the standards of his award-winning restaurant. The butternut squash soup with goat cheese is a healthy must. There’s gnocchi for those who like it, made with Parmigiano Reggiano or parmesan cheese. Spaghetti and Risotto and some more.
