Plush trunks full of haute couture arrive with their designers. It was made clear that delay is a crime punishable under the law of fashion. And it should be, especially when you are four days away from the fashion week. It is a war out here as designers rush around finalizing their models, and getting on with the last tuck and cinch of fittings and trails. A small army of assistants, stylists and tailors are dashing around with an eye on the clock. Can’t wait for the show to start…
The next few days will see the festive wear by some fresh young talent and top designers like Rahul Mishra, Gaurav Jai Gupta, Amit Aggarwal, Ritu Kumar, Manish Malhotra, Wendell Rodricks, Manish Arora, Masaba Gupta, Anavila, Sanjay Garg.
