zorawar-dildeepThe latest addition to MASSIVE Restaurants’ collection of popular diners, BO-TAI, is set to open its doors to public on 25th April, 2018. Located behind Qutub Minar at 6/4 Kalka Das Marg, Mehrauli, BO-TAI  is a modern Thai Bar & Grill and a concept driven entrant to New Delhi. It is the brainchild of Zorawar & Dildeep Kalra and Chef Sahil Singh. Having created such successful ventures as Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra, Pa PaYa, Kode, Made in Punjab and Farzi Café, MASSIVE RESTAURANTS knows exactly what makes for a popular diner.

restaurant-bo-taiThe interesting word-play in the name BO-TAI, which phonetically sounds like a neck accessory for men, a bow-tie, is the signature symbol which brings in the fun element with bow-tie shaped napkin holders and lapels of the staff. Spearheading the BO-TAI kitchen is Chef Sahil Singh, who has created a menu that is about authentic Thai flavours. Chef Sahil and his team will be serving innovative dishes such as Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio, Tamarind Crab Cakes with Sago Wafers, and Grilled Soft Shell Crab; amongst others.The chic interiors of BO-TAI have been created by an award winning Japanese architect, massamam-currywho has incorporated the scenic beauty of the lush green neighbourhood and the historical Qutub Minar in the backdrop.

Ahead of the launch, BO-TAI hosted influencers from the media and the party regulars from the fashion circuit of designers etc, on separate evenings. Zorawar Kalra speaking on the launch said, “Given our reputation for contemporizing popular cuisines, the BO-TAI brand will add an exciting new option for diners in Delhi. The restaurant highlights modern Thai cooking techniques in a sophisticated setting. We have worked with some of world’s best mixologists from London, who have given their signature style for a stellar bar menu and cocktails.”
