This marks the 11th edition of Negroni Week, and “Poured by Four Seasons,” an exclusive activation that unites bartenders from the APAC region and enthusiasts to raise funds for charity, celebrate the Campari-Negroni bond, and foster camaraderie through engaging activities in support of Slow Food’s mission for a more equitable and sustainable food and beverage world.
A Negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel, stirred, not shaken, built over ice in a rocks glass and garnished with a slice of orange. It is considered an apéritif.
Copitas, known for its exceptional cocktail offerings, will feature a special menu of 3-4 Negroni cocktails throughout the entire activation period, from September 18 to October 1, 2023. This unique menu pays homage to the classic Negroni while showcasing creative variations of the beloved cocktail. By indulging in these delectable concoctions, patrons will have the opportunity to contribute to charitable donations that support Slow Food’s charitable mission, thereby making a positive impact.
