The Italian luxury fashion company Versace has opened its latest store in Jio World Plaza in Mumbai, which is already home to many leading international brands and homegrown Indian labels. The store opened on 24th December 2023, a day ahead of Christmas.
The boutique spans 195 square feet, presenting a full selection of ready-to-wear and accessories for women and men. The store interiors echo the Versace identity with ceramic, wood and golden metal accents. Fixtures throughout the boutique are finished with polished gold metal and white ceramic, walls are decorated by fluted panels and areas featuring blue carpet are complemented by velvet seating. La Greca printed marble is present across floors.
Versace stopped using fur in 2018 and in 2020, deferred use of kangaroo leather.
